NLH Workforce was started in Brisbane because too many agencies were treating tradespeople like line items and employers like a fee.

We specialise in blue-collar and trades work — the people who build, maintain and power the place. Labourers and boilermakers through to excavator operators and rail crews. We know what makes a good fit because we have spent years learning what these roles actually involve, which means better placements, fewer surprises, and people who stay put.

We also place white-collar and professional staff — project managers, engineers, safety advisors, administrators and office-based roles that keep the project running. The same consultants, the same standards, just a different desk. Whether you need a crew on the tools or a project manager in the site office, the process and the level of care is the same.

Our office is in Shailer Park and South East Queensland is our home ground, but we supply crews nationally — from small subbies to major contractors. Wherever the site is, you talk to a person who knows your trade. When we send someone, they have been properly checked. It is not complicated. It just has to be done properly.

We would rather tell you we cannot fill something than send you a body to fill a gap. That is the whole business, really.
